NATIONAL ISSUE is an initiative, which aims to give voice to the voiceless. Despite the galore of media groups in the country, already making their endeavours since long, NATIONAL ISSUE hopes to take a different approach, by catering the needs of people virtually from all walks of life.
Today all we need is to provide a forum to millions of those, who are almost ignored, by one way or the other. As we all know that media has a vital role to play in a democratic country like ours. In fact media can flourish and play a responsible role only in a democracy. Sensing this public responsibility NATIONAL ISSUE is also committed to look at some of the gravest issues the country is facing of late.
It is really disheartening to know almost half of the population of our country is still illiterate. More than 25 percent of population is not getting adequate food everyday.
Almost 30 percent of the country is facing the threat of internal security from the Left-wing extremists. The insufficient health services in the remote and far-flung rural areas and the alarmingly increasing issue of corruption in the public and government offices are causing serious concern to one and all.
In the midst of such a gloomy situation it is high time to create a forum and media where such issues can be addressed candidly and impartially.
NATIONAL ISSUE envisages that with its launching in both Hindi and English, such basic issues would be addressed thanks to the participation of the people, across the country. Thereby we would certainly attain success in due course of time.
